This freehand lettering is done today, Nov. 29, 2014, by me (euriana) using black ink drawing pen on paper.

This is my third entry for my 365 days of Lettering at the same time Quote number 2. This is the quote that I have come up with inspired by my life experiences. It is also because of my experiences that the words in the quote is in this specific order. Don’t worry I will spare you all with the details. I’m sure some of you can understand why.

This is my second entry for 365 days of lettering, specially made for Thanksgiving. “Give thanks” is my way of greeting everybody for this blessed occassion. Done in paper and pencil with a little help with any straight edge or ruler. This is a freehand lettering, scaled, signed and designed by euriana. Finished the work within an hour, Nov. 28, 2014.

What is ambigram?

Ambigram is a word or group of words or any symbol designed at which when viewed in any direction or perspective, it will read or show the same symbol, word or group of words as presented.

Description:

Lettering is done by the writer of this blog, freehand using uchida drawing pen and faber castell pencil on ordinary paper. The lettering is made within 10 minutes and the design was made 5 minutes prior the actual inking. The font style  I used in this design is my own style. I dont know if this font style is sold or free. All I know this is a very common style and just stylize it to create the design I wanted.

This is the first time I design an ambigram and actually made a lettering. Well,I scribbled letters and words before but nothing like thIs.

Cupcake drawing WIP

Been scanning the web for inspiration and stumble upon some beautiful letterings. I wonder if I can make 365 days of lettering… I guess there’s no harm in trying.

WIP euriana cupcake drawing 2014

They say one way to avoid insomia is to tire ones mind to fall asleep. So I started doodling but this just makes me feel hungry. Eventually end up scavenging my refrigerator for something to eat and before I know it I fell asleep. That’s why I didn’t finish this drawing. It’s a nice reminder though. I hope to finish this soon.

…now, I wonder what to add in my drawing… LOL
